3. Share: Before we meet, you’ll receive a basic questionnaire to complete so we can a pre-analysis of your unique context, and make the best of our time.
4. Session: We meet for a 90-minute working session to identify one breakout offer you can lead with.
5. Clarity: Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a summary with recommended next steps.
6. Follow-Up Review (optional): About two weeks later, we reconnect for a short progress review. We look at what’s moved, what hasn’t, and whether it’s time to take the next step - usually a Pilot Sprint to help you bring the offer to market. This call closes the loop between insight and implementation, ensuring clarity turns into traction.
