How Does It Work

We use a proprietary process, developed and continuously updated based on our work with +40 founders and consulting partners, to give you a full assessment of what we can and need to get done to get the results you seek.

We’ll perform a detailed review of these 7 key components:

  • Financial Benchmarking: How are the financial performance and security of your boutique firm?
  • Value Proposition: What tells your firm apart, and what is the value you promise to deliver to clients?
  • Offering Mix: How are your products and services structured, and what can be improved in your mix?
  • People: How are your team and collaborators performing and adding value to the firm?
  • Assets: What are the business assets that need to be acquired or improved to reduce founder dependency?
  • Business Development: How well do you market and sell your offerings? Do you see sustainable top-line growth?
  • Delivery: How well is your firm delivering on its promises? What needs to change?

The result of this review is not only a written report with recommendations to accelerate growth and de-risk your consulting business, but also up to 3 months of implementation guidance to put them into practice.

What You Get

  • A Growth Strategy Report, which includes insights on each of your capabilities, recommended suggestions for your consulting business, and a scoring system to prioritize them;

  • A period of 90 days of implementation guidance, during which you can contact Danilo for questions about the reports.

Additional Information

  • Advisor: Danilo Kreimer, BCC's founder, will be the one leading the engagement.
  • Location: Remotely. Calls will be performed using Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
  • Duration: The assessment typically takes 6 to 10 weeks, and is followed by a 3-month implementation period.
  • Participation Requirements: You or someone with access to your business numbers will be asked to fill out a questionnaire - collecting the data usually takes around 60 minutes. You will need to attend three discovery calls (90 minutes each) and one presentation call (60 minutes). You may also request 3 calls during the implementation period, but these are optional.
  • Implementation Guidance: Up to 3 months, including monthly 90-minute calls (optional). Danilo will be available for unlimited quick phone calls or email exchanges during this period.
  • Cost: $8,000. We'll apply 50% of this fee as a credit in case you'd like to hire a growth sprint or private advisory (within 1 year).
  • Payment Terms: Prepaid and non-refundable, sent with the materials that we’ll request.
